You forgot to mention the option "Neither God nor man exists and it doesn't matter" which is Nihilism.

"We can't know if God or man or evil exists" - Agnosticism
"God exists but he's still in puberty and doing his best to stop evil "- Panentheism
"gods exist and you better not mess with them or you'll get more evil" - Polytheism
"evil exists and God is evil" - Satanism
"God and Satan are equally strong and when Satan gets the upper hand in this eternal struggle you have evil." -Dualism
